We work with organizations providing programming for affordable housing rentals and purchases, health and wellness, financial stability, after school time, community involvement, and more for a holistic community experience.

The CTDI SMART and connected community is an independent and synergistic micro-community. Each micro-community cluster features a self-healing energy network supported by a resilient and robust infrastructure. This enables the neighborhood cluster to act as a resource sharing “Living Lab”, creating global investment opportunities in the development of next generation systems, while setting a prime economic example for future community development. Creating a robust physical infrastructure improves how essential services are delivered and inspires attractive adjusted returns from tangible investment products.

CTDI Community Capital
CTDI's network of financial partners provide support to build our SMART communities, including infrastructure, regenerative ecosystems, and homes. Our communities are designed to establish long term value and accessible investment opportunities to residents, allowing them to who have faced difficulty in their lives. To spread the cheer with our residents, CDI is creating a Community Investment Trust (CIT) to strengthen our communities and to create empowered lives. The CIT offers a long-term path to consistent dividends, distributed responsibility, and communal ownership of real-estate , ensuring generational wealth to the traditionally disenfranchised.
